Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver
- We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates, from Ras Al Khaimah to Fujairah.
- Complimentary standard shipping on every UAE order — there's no minimum spend and no shipping line at checkout.
Delivery times
- Orders are prepared, quality-checked, and packed at our Dubai atelier, and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days of dispatch.
- Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee where offered, for when a piece can't wait.
- Orders placed before 1pm Gulf Standard Time on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; weekend and public-holiday orders are prepared on the next business day.
Packaging
Every order arrives in our signature ivory box, folded with tissue and finished with a gold-corona seal — considered enough to give as a gift as it is. Let us know at checkout if your order is a gift and we'll leave the price off the packing slip.
Delivery attempts & addresses
Our couriers will attempt delivery to the address on your order and will typically call or message ahead. Please double-check your address, area, and mobile number before checking out — we can usually amend an address before dispatch if you contact us promptly, but can't guarantee changes once an order has left the atelier.
Tracking & pricing
- Once your order ships, we email a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it door to door.
- All prices are shown in AED. No customs duties apply to domestic UAE deliveries.
Looking ahead
