🛍 Pre-Order & Launch

Why are items marked "Pre-Order"?

The Eclipse House is in its pre-launch phase. Every order placed now reserves a piece from our first production run — you pay today, we ship in 2–3 weeks as soon as the stock clears customs.

Do I get a discount for pre-ordering?

Yes. Use code LAUNCH20 at checkout for 20% off your first order.

When will I be charged?

At checkout. You'll receive an immediate confirmation email, then a shipping notification with tracking when we dispatch.

💳 Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions use Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Card details never touch our servers.

🚚 Delivery

How long does delivery take?

For in-stock items: Standard AED 20 (2–4 business days across UAE), Express AED 40 (same-day or next-day Dubai). For pre-order items: ships in 2–3 weeks from order date.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free standard delivery on all orders over AED 200.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Not yet. We ship to all seven emirates only. International shipping is on the roadmap.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unworn item with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. See our full Refund Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll arrange pickup. Exchanges within UAE are free.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

📏 Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page has an interactive Size Guide that auto-matches our Dresses, Sets, or Modest chart to the item you're viewing. Click a size swatch and the matching row highlights automatically.

Between sizes — should I size up or down?

We recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit, down for a fitted silhouette. Modest pieces are cut with extra room for comfortable layering.

Where is everything made?

Our first collection is sourced from premium manufacturers in China, carefully selected and quality-checked by our team. Future drops will add Turkish and Egyptian makers.

Are the colors accurate?

We photograph every piece in natural daylight. Slight variations may occur due to screen calibration — we'll always prioritize accuracy in the product feed.
