Delivery Areas
We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day
- You will receive a WhatsApp and email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can track your delivery in real time.
Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately and we will resolve it.
