Return Window

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law (No. 15/2020) and E-Commerce Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2023).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as final sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only

How to Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will arrange a return pickup or provide a drop-off label
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging with tags

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • COD refunds are issued via bank transfer

Exchanges

Free exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund including shipping costs.
